A big russian dinocephalian Estemmenosuchus uralensis, shown without scales or fur. The fossil skin impression of this animal shows the skin was probably glandular.

So, the primary difference between E. uralensis and U. mirabilis is the ornamentation of the cheek-knobs?

E.uralensis had also different head ornamentation and was a bit bigger sized animal.
